Entering duty finder with party results in connection loss and 90002/90006 errors

Steps:
1. I and two friends formed a party
2. Signed up for PotD as a "fixed" party
3. Duty triggered, we clicked "Commence", screen went black but Quarrymill sounds remained. After about 60 seconds we got a "Connection Lost" notification and cannot get back into the world.

Connection Specs
- Type of internet connection/provider: Cable / AT&T

This has happened twice since the 4.0 update. Once for the Trials Roulette and now for the Palace of the Dead. Two of us who were in the party (myself included) ran PotD earlier in the day with no problems.

For both occurrences, we were given a 90006 error for the first disconnect. Each subsequent attempt to log back in has been met with a 90002 error. In the first occurrence, we were allowed back into the world after a decent amount of time (unsure of exactly how much). As of right now (11:29pm) I cannot get back into the world. I'll update when I get back in.
