The Lochs Instanced Content

Area and coordinates: The Lochs (as soon as you zone in from the MSQ)

I queue'd for the MSQ duty and it booted me; 90002 disconnect. Now it won't let me back into the game at all.

Update: It finally let me in and the Duty Commenced as planned, however the 90002's on instanced content is still an issue, I just wanted to let you know.
