Feedback Regarding Handling of Report 7196787

So this ticket included the names of the players involved in both its title and body. The body also contained timestamps and pasted messages from the chat log. I even included a note that the timestamps were for the US Eastern time zone.

I received no /tell despite being online.

The first response I got (via Support Desk) asked me to fill out Date and Time, Character names, and Examples. It was signed only "FINAL FANTASY XIV Game Master Team."

So ... I replied pointing out that the times and examples were already there. And clarified just in case that the date is today. And that today is the 19th. Of June. In the year 2017.

I THEN got a response saying "...we are unable to presume what specific characters and comments..."

Honestly, at this point, I start to wonder if the GM handling this is himself/herself a troll. With all due respect, please guide them how to do their job better. Or find a better job.
