Bind effect not removed after first boss death in Shisui of the Violet Tides dungeon

Steps:
1. One of my party members was bound by one of Amikiri's attacks when it was killed, and the effect did not wear off afterwards.
2. They tried to /return to the entrance of the dungeon but that didn't make it go away either, so they relogged which removed the effect.

Although the effect was able to be removed, with queue times as they are (especially for Balmung) this probably won't be the most efficient of fixes.
