The description reads as follow:
"Increases movement speed of self and nearby party members as long as they remain within distance.
Duration: 30s
Effect also ends upon reuse or when enmity is generated. Cannot be used in battle."
However it appears upon reuse, it simply renews the buff and does not end it.
The description is indeed erroneous, and the buff does not end on reuse. We're aiming to get this revised with our next hotfix. As always, please don't hesitate to let us know if you find any other mistakes!
When you are under the effect of this skill, if you hover your mouse over the buff it says "Movement speed is increased. Effect ends upon KO."
While addressing the issue can you also adjust this so that you can remove the buff? I have had many cases in dungeons of this being cast upon me and I do not want it. They are many reasons and one of the most important to me is that the graphic makes me sick and players keep casting it every time we are not fighting a mob when it serves no purpose at the time. If you ask them to please stop they do it even more.
