Louisoix server

When did this server appear? Just curious, because I thought Omega would be the only new European server, and was surprised to see Louisoix on the server list.

They announced weeks ago there would be 2 but they would only release them one at a time, not both.

Appeared after maintenance I think, well I can't recall seeing it before then.... not sure to be honest :/ I was surprised as well, have made a new character on there to try it out :)
