SE Trolling - Opens expansion Registration, Does not issue Keys to Store users

With the Opening of Expansion Registration, I am scrambling to find my Product code. No where to be found, I am sure I wrote everything down. My Early access code was there, there registration code for that code was there. I check my Email and invoices are all in place.

Log into my Square Enix Store account. Proof I bought the game was there, open up the code list... no registration key for the actual product. The code for the early access is there, but no code to register the game.

Was Rauhban not enough... was Pipin not enough.... Susano... Why try to take my last bit of fleeting sanity from me.... Why......

I thought I was losing my mind. I've kept every single email from Square Enix since I started playing, no registration code to be found anywhere.

Hopefully someone from Square Enix could shed some light on this? I'm losing my mind trying to figure out if I've done everything right or not. I've bought and paid for the game, but as you've pointed out, only the pre-order key is there, yet I'm seeing people with their RDM minions and Syldra mounts already!

So it is not just me then....
Pre-order key found? Check.
Actual activation code found? Nope.

Steam users got their keys already when they pre-ordered, (I got mine in february already) aswell as PS4 users have received their keys already. This seems to be an isolated issue with people who bought Stormblood via the SE store since (thus far that i have talked to) no one who bought it there got their key yet.

At least you're not as screwed as I am. I ordered the physical CE, yes, the $200 one. Why? Because I love the game. I visited both the SE Cafe and the Eorzea Cafe in Japan. Why? Because I love the game....and guess what support said when I asked why my box hasn't shipped yet? He said it was normal for there to be significant delays nowadays, unless you buy at retailers, which is why most people buy digital. The bastard has the audacity to suggest that me wanting to support something I love by buying something special was a wrong choice?! I'm now looking at getting locked out of Stormblood if they don't ship it real damn soon. I'm about ready to just quit the game.

Seems like getting the code is abit convoluted but it should work.
