Being in a party and "Teleport" does not put you in the same zone instance.

Frequency: Often enough at random on Teleporting to zones.

Area and coordinates: Fringe and Other SB world areas

Issue is, You could be in a party together, MSQing, Fates or Hunts. You die, you may need to homepoint and come back. However teleporting back puts you in a different instance then your party thus you do not get the exp, credit or anything for say fates, hunts.

Example, I was the only healer on this Rank A Hunt in the Fringe in our party. I died, no one could revive me. I homepointed. Only to learn not in the same instance. They killed the mob and I received nothing from it because I wasnt in the same instance.

Game should check which instance your party is in and teleport you back to that instance of the zone.

This is working as intended and not a bug, having these instances will go away once congestion dies down in the area's. If you want to get back in the zone of your party members you need to walk into the zone, teleport will place in a random zone.
