Sprint Cooldown Too Long

I am truly thankful that Sprint no longer consumes TP.
I understand the need to limit it's use in the battle field of play.
It is just awful navigating towns now without sprint, as it is on CD for TOO LONG!!

My suggestion, have the CD for sprint be 30 seconds (like before) while inside Sanctuary.

I agree heavily........sprinting in sanctuaries imo should be limitless. 60 seconds just makes me cry....
