Confirmed Issues After The Release of Patch 4.0. (Jun. 19)

The following issues have been confirmed.

【Confirmed Issues】

- An issue wherein the help text for the machinist PvP action "Quick Reload" incorrectly states that recast time is reduced by 1.5s when in fact recast time is reduced to 1.5s.

- An issue wherein the help text for the dragoon PvP action "Battle Litany" incorrectly states that critical hit rate, not damage dealt, is increased.
