Stormblood Quest "Hard Blow" interface

Is there any way to edit the interface that you are given for this quest? The quest progress part of the interface, on the right side, is slightly off screen for me. Playing on Playstation 4.

same here, the ps4 version needs an option to adjust the screen size so it can fit on any tv..
