Tales of Adventure Questions

So I am thinking about using these on an alt(s), but I find a lot of the wording confusing.

1. It says that only 1 can be bought per service account, have they said if that will change in the future? I have 3 alts I would like to use it for, I can understand one per character, but one per account seems unfair.

which leads me to

2. Does that mean I can get both a "One Heroes Journey" and a "Scenario Skip" for my account or is it only 1 or the other?

3. If I wanted to use the 2 different scenarios on 2 different characters. meaning put one Alt to the end of HW and another to the end of ARR, will that work, or does that go back to question 1 about having to wait for them to start allowing multiple per service account?

one potion per account, so that means you have to decide which you would like to use, again it counts for only 1 character per service account. If you have 3 alts you won't be able to use 3 potions if it's the same account. These potions are newly implemented and were available with the early access, excluding the new classes RDM and Sam. However there's no official statement as of current, if its going to stay that way. My personal opinion is, that it's a good business model and every company likes that extra money, therefore I can see that way later down the line, these potions might become unlimited. But when that's happening or if that's going to happen we do not know yet. Again tho in my personal opinion, I would say within the next 3 month if there's a chance of being implemented as unlimited via mog station.

Everyone seems to agree that for now the "One Adventurers Story" are only 1 per service account for the time being but that will change in the future.

Now the deal with the story skip is giving me issues, people are saying they are not limited to 1 per account, just 1 per character - Has anyone used the story skip on more then 1 alt so far and been successful?
