[PvP] Astrologian Benefic Bug

In PvP, Astrologian's Benefic spell has a secondary effect of making the next spell become instant cast. There is a bug where if you cast Benefic, then cast Benefic again using the proc, it does not give you the proc again.

Character name:All
Area and coordinates: Any PvP area
Steps:
1. Cast Benefic 1, which gives you the Abridged buff which makes your next spell instant cast
2. Cast Benefic 1 again, which consumes Abridged, however it does not re-grant Abridged as it should.
3. Benefic 1 should be instant yet again, however it is not since you do not regain Abridged. It requires a hard cast for cast #3.
