sprint no longer costs TP, but CD is doubled and we are still sprinting for 20 sec
of course, there was more compensation than just the removal of TP cost.
for one thing, mounts are now much faster.
secondly, ranged-casters are able to utilize it more. TP-based ranged attacks are able to utilize it more. however, ranged casters (whom found no use in TP) cannot use the ability as often as they used to.
even though increasing its CD was a fair trade-off, i do not think it was fair to double it and still have players sprinting for 20 seconds.
so before, we could sprint for 20 seconds and the ability would CD for 10 when not sprinting. now, we still sprint for 20 seconds, but the ability is on CD for 40 when not sprinting.
