Quest journal is missing text for several quests

Time: Since Early Access 16/6/2017
Frequency: Always
World name: Phoenix
Character name: Caya Luna

Steps:
1. Complete Main story quest Lyse Takes the Lead
2. Open Quest journal
3. Observe: there is only one line of text.
4. Expected: the usual amount of text. For example check Beyond the Great Wall quest journal

The following quests are affected (possibly more):
Lyse Takes the Lead
A Haven for the Bold
A Bargain Struck
Signed, Sealed, to be Delivered
Let Fill Your Hearts with Pride

I noticed a pattern where if a quest journal has picture/banner, then the text will be displayed correctly. If there is no picture/banner then the text will be missing.

Multiple players reported experiencing same issue.
