DF, PoTD, & Solo Instances Result in DC

Type of Issue/Feedback: Accessing DF, PoTD, and Solo Quest Instances have resulted in disconnect from Primal/Excalibur. Following this upon attempt to log back in, the server cannot load my character model due to server congestion and results in login issues.

Same thing happens to me. I'm level 30 and trying to progress the msq, but the game disconnects as I launch the storyline. I tried starting a new class to level up but that also crashed. The game is unplayable.
