Additions to the new Job guages UI

This applies essentially to BLMs, so far the UI is nice and I am always for ways of having a good UI in the hands of users since most people don't even bother setting up a UI they can track. However SE seems to have missed out on having firestarter and thundercloud procs on the UI.

I would say either add a separate UI addition that shows the procs for firestarter or add it to the gauge, a good suggestion for this would be, where Astral is on the guage, theres a red orb, on firestarter, just make it flash or something. Doesn't take up more space and actually would be a good continuation, one of the biggest reasons for peoples low output in general in this game is because people just can't set up a good enough UI to track things and end up hunting for buffs, procs and CDs.
