Repair Cole Steel mission

For the love of god, this is anoying así hell, either you are simply holding back people to progress beacuse everything after this misión is broken or ir is really bad.

everything after this mission is fine, ironically, because this quest hold alot of guys back i feel all other solo duty after it run so smoothy
