Can we get an instance server fix already on Primal Data Center?

If not, can we get a patch to remove these battles or a jump potion to pass them or SOMETHING?

Can't even do them in the wee hours of the morning.

Do you think it'll be fixed before the sequel drops?

Well I'm glad to know it's happening on Primal too (no offense). I was worried that Aether was suffering extra hard because of Balmung and Gilgamesh.

The issue is on all NA datacenters.
However, EU and JP are having no issues anymore.

None as in everybody trying to get through is getting through on the EU and JP datacentres?

This is unacceptable. The fact that they are purposely limiting access to complete this quest for nearly 2 days now. The dev team should be ashamed of how they have handled this. Congestion and long queue times are one thing... But entire servers crashing because of instances and forcing players to hault progression because your servers are crappy is crazy.

No lesson has been learned from the 2.0 launch. And I don't want to see more crocodile tears from Yoshi and the team. "sorry" doesn't cut it. Fix it.

The worst thing is, claiming the early access code forfeits the ability to claim a refund. They've got their money out of this, whether it takes a week or a month to fix.
