Ridiculous world queue times /

I have been seeing a lot of people complaining about the MSQ instance queue issues. I understand why people would be upset at that, but to be honest some of us would just like to be able to log on and play in the first place!

Today I have been kicked from the game 5 times. Twice trying to join an instance. And 3 times IMMEDIATELY AFTER sitting through a 3,000 person queue on Gilgamesh only to be sent right back to the bottom of the list. I have probably spent 4-5 hours in queue today.

I believe Yoshi P said something about the MSQ issue. But what about people who just wanna friggin play the game? When will THAT be addressed?

It\\'s 2017 and y\\'all can\\'t figure out a way to allow for more players per server during the times of congestion? I really hope this isn\\'t your way of getting people to leave big servers. If it is, just know, ITS WORKING. I have seen at least a dozen people from my FC leave the Gilgamesh server today.

Another thing, if just sat through a 1 hour queue to only be booted right back off, the LAST thing I wanna see is that I\\'m back to spot number 3,453. How about implementing something to where you can try to get in twice after getting through the queue.

We need more people to step up and ask for better service!

TBPH there is a bigger issue, I suspect a hardware/software issue with the new NA data centers, so they are keeping quiet until they can identify the issue and put forth a fix.

Asking for better service is fine, I experienced 3k+ queus at the HW release when I played on Balmung back then, so please understand this is not an easy or small fix by any means, most peoples suggested fixes wont fix the actual issue.
