It was like that for me when I was on Balmung during the HW launch, the bright side of being on a smaller server now is my queue hasnt gone over 500 with SB. I suggest laying off instances completely until a fix is announced and implemented, I do feel for you, I am personally trying to help people that can be helped, if not direct their anger and hatred at me, truth is the most powerful taunt.

Ya... I really hope SE reconsider early Summer Launch. There are a lot of bored kids probably, and this is probably one of the worst time to launch an MMO if you want to avoid congestion. Even Thanksgiving and Christmas probably see less people with those traveling for the holidays.

Keep in mind... Dragon Quest can only be released on weekends (at least in JP) now because similar issue back in the '80s, and Enix did took that in consideration. So maybe same type of consideration should be taken for future FFXIV expansion as well, avoid early/mid summer releases.

Honestly, i dont think its been this bad in a while. Its only been this bad right when the game re-launched. This game at the moment is border line unplayable. Its disgraceful.

Are you? Like seriously, I understand letting SE know about the problems, but the sheer extent to which people are complaining and how they seemed to expect an absolutely flawless experience (which never, ever happens with the launch/expansion of a game like this) is just ridiculous.

Do you seriously think that the devs are sitting back, laughing at the players who can't properly play the game they worked hard to build? Do you think that they aren't trying their best to fix the problems as quickly as possible? Do you think that because they aren't working 24/7 with no sleep or breaks until everything is running at 100%, that they don't care at all?

They are aware of the issues. They have communicated to the player base that they are working on it. Can people just have an ounce of patience rather than declare the death of the entire game every hour on the hour?
When will people be satisfied? When they set up a 24/7 Livestream of the XIV Offices to show exactly every waking moment of the devs time is being spent?

Its laughable because they didn't test this crap out before releasing it. They have nobody here to blame but themselves. Poor testing = poor experiences for everybody including themselves.
