Possible Bug cause with the pool of tribute!

If someone can bring this to the Devs attention:
A number of people i have spoken to, including myself, were doing/sit before entering The Pool of Tribute. I believe this has caused an error as the game tries to put you from /sit to swimming underwater.
I have witnessed my game load briefly before crashing numerous times with multiple reinstalls and everytime i see my character trying to sit underwater!

I think that's the position my character was in right before I went into the instance...

This may be it as I was sitting waiting for the trial to queue

i did not sit before i get in. but i got the error too. Is it because I was a scholar and my pet was out? Heard that was also a cause of the bug.
