Game Constantly Freezing Up While Playing

This Issue has been going for the past few months but was less frequent until recently. Whenever I play, could last from as little as 15 minutes to a few hours, the game would do a hard freeze with a humming sound from my computer which would require me to do a hard reset on my rig. This is the only game on my PC that this issue occurs. I have checked/updated the BIOS, updated the video card drivers and checked to see if any overclocked features were on to be disabled. Still the issue would occur even after Stormblood expansion. Any help would be appreciated. PC specs are below:
