I'm creating a separate bug for this from the normal "90k" section because it seems to be specific to a single instance. This sequence has occurred exactly as described for me and two friends 100% of the time. Prior to this we had experienced no issues for the previous 5-6 hours. This specific duty seems to cause a problem as we've made 6 combined attempts over a span of 1.5 hours and every time results in a disconnect following the cutscene and an inability to log in for 20+ minutes (wait in queue and 90k error as soon as the game tries to load because we are trying to load into the instance).
