I noticed this last time, my connection went from Poor to Excellent, and felt I had a shot at getting in.

This is not a bug report.
Okay, my apologies, this is not a bug report, this is a bug apparently been fixed report. At least it shows they are working on it. I just wonder if others are getting matters resolved as well.
