Re-casting Bard 'Peloton' does not cancel it as tool tip suggests

Steps:
1. Equip Peloton to hotbar.
2. Cast Peloton.
3. Observe that Peloton tooltip states that recasting it will cancel it
4. Recast Peloton.
5. Observe that Peloton's duration is extended to the full 30s, it is not cancelled.
6. Right click Peloton status effect.
7. Observe that Peloton is not cancelled by right-clicking.

There is essentially no way to cancel Peloton without going into combat and gaining enmity. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, I can think of a few instances where it would be nice to turn it off early. Recasting to refresh the time is nice, but the Bard right-clicking it should cancel the spell. At the very least, the tool tip does not match the current behavior.

I don't have a Machinist but since this is a Role skill, I suspect they have the same issue with it.
