Response to lost game time

While I know that this is not the devs fault. I find it unjust that many players are losing their paid game time due to the servers constantly locking them out or preventing any advancement in the story.

I understand that some players are currently playing without any problems, yet, a vast amount are suffering from not being able to play even non-stormblood related areas.

I don't expect them to just extend the days of playing until the system is solved. But isn't there anything that can be done?
