Framerate drops to less than 10 for 10-30 seconds at a time.
While playing the Stormblood Early Access I've been having alot of issues with framerate. I typically run at over 110+ FPS in all situations, but as of the update, now its usually hovering around 70-90 and when nearing a heavily populated area/fate it suddenly plummets to around 3-10 FPS. After 10-30 seconds it snaps back up to 90FPS. But when there are hundreds of people in the zone, that means that every minute or 2 the game is unplayable for me for 30 seconds.
The issue is not only present in Stormblood zones, as I have had the same issue when in Quarrymill. I assume it has something to do with the large groups of people gathered. But I havent heard of anyone else having this issue, I have alot of good friends with much less powerful PC's and GFX cards that havent had any framerate issues at all.

I have attempted changing my graphics settings to the minimum but it didn't have any effect. I have tried every other routine solution I could think of.
I have verified my graphics drivers are up to date. I have also monitored my CPU and RAM usage during these FPS drops, my CPU and RAM usage is only around 40-50%.
