Preliminary Proc rates of goods/excellents

I've been capturing some data while I crank out "low level" ingredients - High Steel Nuggets, Koppranickel Nuggets, Gagana Leather (that first tier of components).

I'm marking this as preliminary since the sample space is only 1800ish steps, but unless I got very lucky/unlucky, the true numbers are probably around these:

Goods: 304/1843 = 16.5% or roughly 1 in 6 steps
Excellents 24/1843 = 1.3%

I'm only counting steps right now for these level 61 synths. I speculate it will be like HW recipes were post 55, the good/excellent rate dropped down to about 8%/0.8%.

When I get some good numbers on 65+, I'll provide them.
