Character stuck after The pool of tribute

After doing The Pool of Tribute trial my game crashed with this error

I cannot log into the character because of the loading screen i get the same error as i got when leaving trial

I've been sitting here for over 12 hours and I havnt gotten a response yet.

And for me too. Bumping every thread that deals with this issue in the hope SOMEONE might actually do something.
