Character stuck/bugged after The Pool of Tribute

Steps:
1. complete The Pool of Tribute
2. Use the Instance Exit
3. ffxiv.exe errors
4. Unable to access my character

i have reinstalled the game twice and followed every step listed in the FAQ for crashes.
please, please someone fix this...

And for me too. Bumping every thread that deals with this issue in the hope SOMEONE might actually do something.

I think we are all doing the same thing to hopefully find a solution, but the solution is simple: move us.

They started saying no to moving people. Either they are working on a fix, or they don't care

Searching the japanese dev tracker, they said there was a fix in the works and they are treating it with high priority

But nothing to the folks who don't speak Japanese? Is there *anything* out there to tell us what's going on that is in English?
