Area and coordinates: Sui-No-Sato

Steps:
1. Accept the "Fathoms Below" Quest
2. Complete the Dungeon "Shisui of the Violet Tides"
3. Return to Sui-No-Sato and talk to Kurenai.
4. Follow Kurenai to the next Quest Marker.
5. Observe her dialogue with the Player Character.
