Anyone Else Getting Over Bright Clouds?

Today, I noticed something odd. The clouds and some of the white buildings here and there were overexposed and just way too bright.

Now, I've been playing over two years and this has never happened before. I checked all my graphic settings and they were okay. In fact, playing around with them had little effect on the apparent overexposure.

I'm playing on an iMac 21.5 inch, late 2013. OS Sierra 10.12.4, Processor 3.1GHz Intel Core i7, Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 1024MB.

So, is anyone else having this issue? How did you fix it?
