Got Stormblood Pre Order Rewards on Wrong character,

i didn't open the letter so i am not double dipping. but i wanted to get the Pre Order Bonus items on Umbriere Shadowsong of Gilgamesh, not Ilina Aniri of Cactuar.

but i didn't know what buttons to click when i did the pre order because i was unaware of the character selection feature at the time; assuming they went to all characters on an account and i felt i didn't get a chance to select them on the character i wanted them on.

can you please move the letter for the stormblood pre order rewards to Umbriere Shadowsong of Gilgamesh?

sorry. i didn't realize the rewards weren't available yet. haven't checked Ilina Aniri, hope i can get them assigned to Umbriere Shadowsong who happens to be my primary character,
