STR Accs not role locked?

Is this only on the newer gear? I can equip my alexander i270 slaying on my WAR:confused:

Yes and yes. Only storm blood gear will be role locked.

lol so how much secondary stats do we need on the vit accs to reach the same dps as with the i270 str accs? ^^
