One of the best skills for archer.....i remember making 900+ dmg with each of the three shots in Battle Regimens when fighting a big NM or the ogre.

It's been gone since 1.19. The icon was really only a tease after that point.

But now is gone for good...

I like that the sound effect for the current Barrage is being used for the Barrage buff after 1.20 - with a pretty cool animation no less.
