Class/Level: Summoner 57/Scholar 57
Party or Solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: the Tavern in Foundation in short distance from the Brume in Ishgard. don't know the exact coordinates
Quest: "Fire and Blood" (i think that is the name), the first of the level 57 heavensward main scenario quests
Steps:
1. Talk to Hilda to initiate the battle for the quest "Fire and Blood"
2. Wait for screen to load
3. Watch as you disconnect before you can even do the solo duty portion without even a cutscene.
