Map markers are missing in-game

Defect description: For the past week (pre-update), my main map has been missing all markers. This is true whether selecting map from quick keys, or from quest list. This has been consistent for the past week. It was working previously.

Map is missing all NPC, quests, shops, character location marker, quest locations, fate locations. The only things present are the base map layer and place names. The mini map shows all this information.

Character name: Elysande Cerwiden

Steps:
1. Open map by selecting (M)
2. or, open map from within a quest
3. Note that none of the map markers are available.
4. Observe that the mini map displays the correct information.

One of the buttons in the top-left of the map is a toggle for what gets shown. Try pressing it a few times.
