PS4 Stability Issues

Hi, I am on Brynhildr and can't stay connected once I finally get in( this is assuming it will let me log in). My connection is excellent and I even went back out and did all troubleshooting steps yet am still experiencing this issue. I have been playing MMORPG's for 13 years so I understand a few hiccups especially on free to play, however I haven't seen a pay to play game take so long to handle issues til now. This being said I am also wondering if free trial players are still granted access since servers are so congested for paying customers?
