Unlink warrior skills

Can we get steel cyclone and inner beast unlinked from Decimate and Fell Cleave please

Or at least the option to unlink all skills from each other in the settings so we can make hot bars that show the actual names of skills instead of a completely different skill

I realize the intent was to declutter the skills but I think enough damage was done removing all the cross class abilities. I have so much free space now my hot bars are barren. I like having separate locations for these skills and now I have multiple of the same name it's confusing.

The same goes for lower level skills on other classes that upgrade, if you don't want them used in higher levels that's fine, grey them out... But give me the option to turn the auto change/upgrade system on/off please

For now, you might be able to prepare a macro that will simultaneously add and remove the skills from your bar whenever you switch into a stance.

I'm afraid I don't understand the purpose of this request. The skills auto changing skills are just a better system.

That macro idea may work, just pop the skill in one, set the icon to steel cyclone or decimate as you please and bobs your uncle. Then you can have it whereever you want.

This is above and beyond nitpicking.

I used to have macros to swap out those skills because they do the same thing pretty much. Bow SE does it for us. How about you fill those empty slots with the new skills you get from 60 to 70...

We used to use macros to simplify our hotbars and now people are mad that SE did the work for them? Wow...

Wish it did this with stuff like Drearwyrm trance/deathflare...

Really don't need dradwyrm trance once you activated it, it should swap to deathflare when it's active.

Like it does in pvp....

I want to be able to see the right skill name in my hot bar where I have it set, if I'm tanking I have hot bar setup one way, when I'm DPS it's another way, seeing the wrong skill names on my hotbar is confusing about what bar I have loaded. You may think its a better system and that's fine, like I said above I would be happy with an option to turn this new system off so I can manage skills myself. Everybody wins.

Under what circumstances would you see the wrong skill name? That's what I'm not seeing here. Inner Beast is out for Defiance. Fell Cleave is out for Deliverance. There's no way to have the wrong one up. It's impossible.

I want to see fell cleave when I'm in Defiance, that's what I'm saying. I want my skills to have separate buttons that I can see at the same time. Even if it is grayed out and inactive, just like it used to be. Right now, even with no stance up I can only see one skill name and not both even if they are separately created buttons.

I'm not very familiar with warrior's skills, so...
Perhaps you could explain what benefits you get for having them all visible, even if they are exclusive to whichever stance you're in?


From what I've heard about these skills, I don't see the need to have them all visible at once.
Just the ones that can be used in the current stance.
