Garuda or Ifrit

So has anyone done any testing yet? My initial reaction was that Garuda is completely nerfed without DOT extension with Contagion, but it does have 15s(every 1m) 10% MagAtk buff now. I'm not sure if this is enough to make Garuda an instant winner over Ifrit like she used to be though. Any ideas?

Ifrit may be used to proc ruin 4 more often, if the trait works with ifrit's auto attacks. Contagion would be better with magic heavy comps
