Fishing question

So lvled fishing to 61 todays didnt receive all the lvl 61 skills listed in actions tab n next job quest is for 63

Am i missing somethin here? Lol

I imagine those skills are unlocked in a further area than I am; and if I ever get back into the server again after the 90002 error, perhaps I'll find them. ;)

Yea its bit wierd :/

Those skills are related to spear fishing according to the patch notes. Probably have to pick that up.
