Can't seem to load the log in screen in the client, or the square enix account page..

Can't seem to load the log in screen in the game client or the square enix account, or the support page on the browser, it says the DNS could be bad or the website down.
I have no idea what to do about this.
Please help.

Edit:
Have tried resetting modem, computer, entering with my laptop, but it didn't work.
All other internet software and websites seem to be fine, including lodestone and it's log in.

Edit 2:
Fixed, if anyone else get this, try returning to a previous state of the system and modem reset (router too if you have that).
