hey guys, anyone found a quest to unlock diving yet? im tryin to reach Tamamizu aetherite in ruby sea, with the quest Under the Sea. but i can not dive on the water, anyone got it done?

Diving is unlocked via main story quest.
You don't reach that area by diving - you need to go up the canyon where you found Alisae, continue until you find a cave.
