Are we gonna get any info about MSQ instance lockout soon?

This is about the MSQ "Best served with cold steal", and i am aware that you are aware there's an issue, and that you have moved the subject to planning to fix, but.. when? And are you aware of how big the issue really is?
Are there any info about it? Are you currently looking into it?
I've seen no info anywhere mentioning this very very important lockout.
So far i've seen that you fixes duty finder and class instances seems to be working again. Yay!
But i've been locked out from this MSQ instance all day, and i see that every player on my server, and other servers, are having the same issue. Can we please get some information about wether you are currently working to fix this or not? Everyone is stuck and can't progress into the amazing content we've all been waiting for :)
