For people with small TVs read here

So a new option was added today to increases display to 150%

For people whos UI, Text boxs etc are too small this will increase the size for it.

You may have to shrink HUDs thought.

So to do this go to
sysyem config
Display setting
User interface size
150%
And voila should be big enouyou for you

Heck my tv ain't small and I still use 120%.
