Stormblood Registration Error

Hi there!

I'm getting a problem where once I am in game, I am unable to do any Stormblood content as it says the game is either not installed or not registered to my account.

I've got the splash page for Stormblood when I log in, and my account shows that I have registered my early access code. I'm playing on Mac. Has anyone else encountered this error and come to a solution?

I've have the same sort of issue although I still get the Heavensward splash page. I used to code for me account but it doesn't even appear to register to it to Windows for me for some odd reason =/

It seems that a lot of things are going wrong...

Getting the same error, also on Mac client with MogStation showing everything's registered properly. Content is in place (new job gauges, crafting etc) but attempting to access MSQ or the new Jobs comes up with notice saying SB isn't registered

I tried performing a reinstallation of the game, and that hasn't resolved the issue, sadly...

I'm having the same problem I put in the code on the preorder website and everything and it says I don't have early access:/ on PS4 preordered at GameStop

I have this exact same issue. I'm playing on Mac, I have early access for Mac registered, and every Stormblood quest is inaccessible and looks the same as Random0's image. I really hope they can fix this, I'll be a bit annoyed if I end up missing all of early access. I've put in like two support tickets on this and heard nothing.

Exact same issue:

Not being marked as registered on mogstation
can't do SB content
Had it preordered on steam since Febuary.

Same thing is happening to me:/

Make sure on the launcher options you have the option for auto installing expansions and what not, this is Early Access, so it wont modify your client to to be SB unless you do that, you shouldn't have any additional downloads after the EA update, likely just installation.

I think I've got all that correct; I've included screenshots to be sure, but I've made sure to update everything that I can.
