Can you be more specific?
So I was supposed to get gold ore from my retainer that I sent out on a venture right? It said she came back with it but after completion the items were not in my inventory. Then I went to the Squadron NPC to finish my team's mission and I should've received an enlistment scroll and that also did not appear in my inventory upon completion. I'm now paranoid to begin the expansion for fear that I will not obtain the items I am supposed to from quests, npcs, etc.
Actually I just figured it out. Even though I have room on the first page of my inventory, it out the items on the new second page that was created with 4.0. Still odd and a bug but at least I am getting stuff.
