Short job quest stories this time?

I couldn't help but notice that all the abilities gained via job or class quests are labelled as such, and from 61 to 70 the only ones listed as "job quest" are the ones at 70. I guess that means that all the job stories are a lot shorter? From 30 to 50 there were quests every 5 levels, and from 50 to 60 there was one every 2 levels. Now it seems like there's just one at 60 and one at 70, unless they're going to be story only and not grant actions.

Was this known before and I just missed it somehow?

I remember reading somewhere that they felt tying the new abilities to the quests limited their story telling. So they were going to separate the quests from the abilities.

They said there's still a chain, just that only the level 70 quest will offer a new skill.

Depending on what rewards the quests give this might enable me to just do the whole chain when I'm 70 without missing out on anything essential in the meantime.
I kind of like the sound of that (not a fan of interrupting the story line to get to the next required level or missing skills on the way to the level cap).
