Quickest way to power level to 70

This will be my first whole number patch that I'm at the level cap at the start of a new expansion. What is going to net the most xp?

I'm thinking just spamming the first couple of MSQ dungeons, but I was wondering if there's a quicker way.

PotD or maybe dungeon crawls maybe FATES . Maybe all 3

I doubt PotD is going to net anyone much exp past 60. Otherwise MSQ, FATES, Dungeons. PVP?

It seems fates got bumped up XP wise, but will the fates you need be locked behind zones requiring MSQ? Who knows at this point.

Why would you power level in such a story heavy game?

... Umm main story, same as it was for HW just burn the story will be 70 day 1 maybe 2.

As a tank, power leveling allows me to make dungeons go easier for all invloved by easily managing aggo a little better boost in dps numbers and better handle of the mechanics.

So, am I to understand that everything is in place in 4.0 to get to 70, like all the 61-69 dungeons, or do we just get a couple of msq dungeons per patch?

I know the job quests are most likely there.

From the sound of things it seems FATES are going to be a good option. They can give bonus exp and sometimes an enemy will appear that will give you a buff if you beat it to give you even more exp after that.
